Parallel to QMS implementation of UCR, we are in the process of developing a quality culture where quality is felt by everyone. Prof. Dr. Markus Boehner, Advisor to the Ministry of Skills Development and Vocational Training has developed and shared the program of Quality if Fun and his experiences on European TVET System with UCR. UCR has volunteered to pilot program with the hope of improving “Happiness at Work”. Prof. Dr. Markus has already visited UCR twice on 12th July 2016 and 25th October 2016 with two intervention programs and his next visit is planned on 22nd March 2017. We are happy to say that wheels are on the turn towards the development of a quality culture in our college.
